PalkArt 19- Animated Gif (16 min)

Under the "Tools" menu, "Animated Gif" allows you to create an animated gif file from a sequence of pictures (either "jpeg" or "ping") contained in folders selected on disk. Options include setting the (1) time between frames, (2) width of the pictures, (3) steps between pictures, (4) dissolve between pictures, (5) times to repeat.
